Beeline to Work Privacy Statement for Talent

Your privacy is important to, Inc. (“Beeline”).  This Privacy Statement describes how we collect, use, transfer, store, and protect your information.  This Privacy Statement applies to all users of the Beeline to Work online platform owned and operated by Beeline.  By registering to use Beeline to Work and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions thereof, you agree to accept the terms of this Privacy Statement as modified from time to time, and you consent to our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your personal information as described in this Privacy Statement.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Personal information is information that can be used to identify a specific person, either alone or when combined with other information provided to Beeline.  We endeavor to collect as little personal information as possible, and the information we collect is limited to the information necessary to transact business on the Beeline to Work online platform and to provide certain verification services to our clients.

Personal Information We Collect

We collect, process, and retain personal information from you and any devices (including mobile devices) you use when you: create an account on the Beeline to Work platform; create an account profile or provide supplemental information to Beeline; use the Beeline to Work platform (including for Opportunities and Assignments); use the Beeline to Work website; communicate or interact with Beeline; or otherwise use the services provided by Beeline.

We collect a variety of information when you register for our services.  We may collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, primary address, employment information, educational information, and a listing of your skills.

We may request you provide Beeline with additional information or create content associated with your account that contains additional information. Examples of such information include but are not limited to social security number, date of birth, picture ID, employment eligibility and references, and your resume.

Information collected is stored in the Beeline to Work platform but not within the Vendor Management System (“VMS”) operated by Beeline  A copy of Beeline’s privacy policy applicable to the VMS is available at

How We Use Your Personal Information

The personal information we collect from you allows Beeline to provide the requested service to you and our clients and to match you to job opportunities.  This includes the use of Google Maps to calculate the distance between the address you provide on your account profile to Opportunities based on parameters established by Beeline’s clients.  We also collect information to allow Beeline to communicate with you and make you aware of information related to the Beeline to Work platform (including but not limited to notices, changes to policies and terms, information relating to Opportunities or Assignments, and updates).  While you may opt out of marketing communications at any time by modifying the “Preferences” section of your profile or unsubscribing from such communications, certain system communications contain important information related to the Beeline to Work platform and you may not opt out of receiving these communications.

Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

Beeline may collect information from you that is aggregated or which does not permit identification of a specific person.  Beeline may use any such non-personal information for any purpose, including but not limited to statistical analysis, product development and improvement, marketing, and research.  Non-personal information may include that contained in Opportunities and Assignments, including scope of work, spend limit, or pay rate; information regarding activity on our website or the Beeline to Work platform; information you provide in response to optional user surveys; and form submissions for content downloads..

Automatic Collection and Use of Information

In addition to the above information that you provide, we also collect certain information from you automatically through the use of cookies or other technology used in connection with Beeline’s website, the Beeline to Work website, the Beeline to Work platform, interactive applications, email messages, and advertisements.  Beeline automatically collects your browser type and browser software version to tailor the presentation of the services to your browser and to maintain a record of your activity on the Beeline to Work platform, which is used for the purpose of improving our products and services.  Beeline uses cookies to enable users to specify unique preferences and to track user trends and patterns (please note that users always have the option of disabling cookies via their browser preferences, but that doing so may cause some parts of the Beeline to Work platform to not function as effectively or quickly).  Beeline’s web server software automatically records a log file of IP addresses that access the Beeline to Work platform.  While we also collect IP address information, we do not ordinarily link IP addresses to a user’s personal information except to identify a user when we, in our sole discretion, determine it is necessary to enforce compliance with our various policies or to protect our service, the Beeline to Work platform, customers or others.


Disclosure to Third Parties

Service Providers

Beeline shares personal information with service providers who provide Beeline with services such as background checks, credit checks, identity verification and other third-party platforms and transactional e-mail and push notifications enabling users to communicate with our community management team.  Beeline also shares information such as usage behavior and user activity for the purpose of improving our products and services.  Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes, and these third-party companies are obligated to protect your information.


Beeline also shares your contact information with its clients for the purpose of facilitating the services provided through the Beeline to Work Platform (for example, in response to Opportunities or Assignments).  Beeline will share personal information as required by law or regulation, in cooperation with law enforcement investigations, as required by civil or criminal subpoenas, when required by court orders, or when otherwise required by law.

Protection of Personal Information

Protecting your personal information is extremely important to Beeline.  Certain data, including but not limited to your social security number, date of birth, employment eligibility and photo are encrypted for your protection.  The servers on which personal information is stored are protected by firewalls.  When personal information is transferred, it is done through a server using an encrypted communication protocol.  The Beeline to Work platform is operated using secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.  Physical access to servers is restricted and only authorized personnel are permitted access.

Retention of Personal Information

Beeline will retain your personal information as long as you remain registered on the Beeline to Work platform.  If at any time you discontinue your use of the Beeline to Work platform, Beeline will retain your personal information for a period of time consistent with its policies and procedures prior to securely destroying such information.

Accessing, Updating, and Correcting Personal Information

You may change or update the information you previously provided to Beeline by accessing your profile within the Beeline to Work platform or contacting us by email at  Beeline reserves the right to decline to make any changes that are frivolous, unreasonable, or contrary to law.

Third Party Sites and Services

The Beeline to Work platform, website, and applications may contain links to third-party websites.  Beeline is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any third party websites.  We encourage you to become educated on the privacy policies of any third party website that you access through the Beeline to Work platform or website.


Beeline does not knowingly collect personal information from children (13 years or less).  If Beeline becomes aware that any personal information has been submitted online that relates to a child, Beeline will immediately delete such information from our records.

Changes to our Privacy Statement

We will occasionally make changes to this Privacy Statement.  When we do so, we will notify you by email at the email address provided on your account profile.

Further information
